3. Scope and Purpose of Use

Brand promotions, sponsorships, and targeted offers—including religious, cultural, political, entertainment, sports, and welfare categories. Global event logistics and crowd-based analytics. 4. Opt-Out of Brand-Specific Communications

I acknowledge that I can unsubscribe from communications from specific brands at any time. Should I choose to “unsubscribe” from a brand: I will no longer receive offers, notifications, or promotional messages from that specific brand. This choice will be respected across all communication channels and honored by the Platform promptly and without additional requirements. 10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of your jurisdiction or India's, as applicable. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or legal proceedings under enforceable local frameworks.

11. Modifications & Updates

We may revise this Declaration to address new legal requirements, services, or feedback. Significant changes will be communicated, and your continued use will be considered acceptance of the updates.
